How to treat agitation and fatigue the next day caused drugs I take?

I take a STELAZINE (anti psychotic) after dinner, a alodorm (sleeping pill) when I go to bed and 4 glasses of vodka to wash down the alodorm. How can I cure drowsiness and soreness the next day? I do not tell him about vodka but I spoke to him recently and he changed my dose, but it still happens. It is difficult to treat agitation and fatigue daily.
