headaches and blurred vision

I have an inflamed rib cage, but also other symptoms, headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, please help?
inflammation is apparently due to a minor accident last year. other symptoms did not appear today. not sure if they are linked. Doctor says no sport for six months, but found no cause other symptoms. can barely walk or see with headaches and blurred vision, also have difficulty breathing.
