headache and dizziness

Do not read text blur cause headaches and dizziness?
At work, I was instructed to type a long paragraph of text blur and 2 hours into it, I started to feel my head aching. And he was one of the worst headaches I've felt, coupled by dizziness, nausea. I wonder if it could be related to reading text blur?
