frequent headaches

Have any of you who breastfeed have frequent headaches?
I've never used them – or very rarely, anyway. It seems now that I so often. I drink TONS of water and eat a lot. Reflecting on what could be causing this? Thank you.
I'm not BF'ing but I started having horrible headaches that we have decided they are the pill, I taken. It's something to do with hormone levels.
