my wife is almost 14 weeks pregnant and she is still vomiting in the morning and having headaches as well?

Is this normal? or is something we can do that might help?

It is quite normal. Some women do get sick during the first quarter, some not at all, and some splice their pregnancy. Tell him to try a few crackers before getting out of bed every morning. If it is at the point where it can not keep anything, be sure to call her OB.
