How do I get rid of my sinus headaches that I have all day?
I have a headache every day and it bothers me much. How do I get rid of these headaches, because i cannot focus more. is their any medicine you know that works really good for sinusitis?
I suffer from sinus headaches and the use of having to lay in bed all day. I find if I take a long shower hot, drink lots of cold water, take Advil, Alka-Seltzer, and try to keep my mind off my headache, I tend to feel better. It works for me the majority of time.
