Migraine is a type of vascular headache. It is due to enlargement of the vasodilation and release of chemicals from nerve fibers which are wrapped around blood vessels. When migraine attack is there, the temporal artery gets enlarged. The temporal artery is located the edge of the skull, just under the skin of his temple. Enlargement of the temporal artery leads to stretching of the nerves to release chemicals. The results in pain and inflammation cause further enlargement of the artery, increasing the pain.

- You can Apply the paste of sandalwood with fresh earth on the forehead. After it dries, rub with your hands, then wash it.
- Take equal amounts of ginger and turmeric powder. Add milk mixture and apply adhesive to the forehead.
- Meditation is good.
