A tension headache is the most common type of primary headache. Many people have 1 or 2 of this type of headache every month. Sometimes they develop more frequently, usually during periods of stress. About 3% of people have a tension headache on most days. When this happens, the ills of chronic headaches are called tension headaches. Apart from adjusting your diet food, it is important to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
