I have the flu. Are there any remedies to help the symptoms of severe fatigue?
I have the flu. I'm not that had before and I was wondering how long does it last? Can not Stand It. The severe pain throughout my body starts to go, the party fatigue that is not going away. All measures to help ????? severe fatigue I can not even choose a book or I drop it's how the situation is bad.
Avoid moldy foods (milk, dairy products, warm meal …) that weaken the system immune. Soup with fried brown rice dry (without oil) is very useful for a speedy recovery. Reishii or cordyceps tea may help fatigue.
