How do u get rid of severe headaches?
my buddy that severe headaches … he pukes when they really bad … all drugs that physicians prescribe it does work and the last day and night … he cannot walk when they are really bad and it really low and dizzy … if you know the answer, I'll be very appreciated
Do you know what triggers it? If you can provide more details with your question. Are they migraines by chance? Try changing his diet. Perhaps his is something he eats? I had severe headaches. They have never been as bad as me sick but my daily life. After going to four different doctors, one doctor asked me take a pill every day of magnesium. Nobody knows why, but high levels of magnesium in the body can reduce migraine headaches. Its been 5 months now. I do have them sometimes, but the magnesium pills helped me a lot more than most.
