headaches and migraines

Personal experience, what we take for headaches / migraines during pregnancy?
I know we can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) but the regular force, but I get bad migraines more often now that I'm pregnant (5 weeks) and the regular force does nothing for me. I try to drink more fluids (Gatorade) helps a little, can not always get Gatorade. Anything you helped that I can try?
You can take extra strength tylenol as well. That's all the doctors say is safe if taken early in pregnancy. Hope you feel better
