headache remedy
How do I cure this headache? I can not achieve?
hello everybody! there is a remedy for those who have a headache .. at the end of this remedy, it says "press the thumb of one hand against the tender spot in the" V "shaped by the thumb and forefinger of your other hand. "My English is good, but I do not know yi do not understand! Please explain what this says.what recourse do I do? I mean, the hand must be "V" and which part should be pressed and how? thank you in advance!
