Headache Normal? Any cures?

Thus, since last night, I had this terrible headache only in the right side my head forward. I've never had a headache on only 1 side of my head. It hurts when I turn my head or bend down to pick something up. Like when I step back I'm up to this race and beats me head for a few seconds. All I can do is sit completely still.
