blurred vision headache

headache with blurred vision after overeating?
Its been almost 24 hours. Yesterday I had a late and heavy lunch with many different kinds of food: potatoes, a peruvian sauce, boiled eggs, sweet plantains, steak, chicken, cilantro, peas, carrots, rice, tomatoes and onions. I ended up eating almost double the size of my regular lunch. As soon as I came out of the restaurant I felt tiredness and blurred vision. I went home and slept like a log for 2 hours and woke up with a slight headache. The slight headache is still persistent after 2 tylenols this morning and once in a while I feel my vision waver a little bit. So far I have no nausea and I have been having regular meals.
Can anyone think of something similar they have been through?
Drinking ginger tea right now, hoping it helps
