BACK PAIN !!!?????????????
Hello everyone, I was hoping you could help me. I'm 19 and had really bad backache, I have been having for the past year. I went to my doctor and she told to exercise and I was last year, I even started yoga. My back is hurting all day and especially when I wake in the morning. I do not know what to do, there are times where it gets really pain full, it puts me on the verge of tears. What should I do?? I am also a healthy diet and drinking plenty of water but the pain comes and goes. Please help: (
Yeah, this one can not help Yoga. You have pain that comes from a muscle and pinched it must be released so you can be pain free again. To do so is not that hard, just follow this exercise: Back: Place your left hand on your left knee. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and the fingertips are the muscle next to your spine. Tap and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and do not tense up any part of your body. After about 30 seconds there should be a press pass and when you lower it slowly forward on the right leg, or more if you can, as more the better. Continue to hold for a total of one minute. Then, relax your body, but remains there for a minute. Then reverse and do the right side.
